Snack

"Eat as if there is no tomorrow"

Eating makes you Healthy and Cooking makes you Happy. Eating a new snack, can make your tastebuds to love and carve for it more. There are more varitities of dishes, which we have never tasted. Every country to every village has a special dish which will be their master piece. Start travelling around and try each and every food, it will be kind of a journey around the world for the love of food. But for today's technology, all the food preparations can be learned online and tried at home. The happiness in cooking is more than the happiness in eating. A little change can change the flavor into a new one, which is going to be your own special variety. Never worry about the flaws you gonna make, wait for the outcome, you will love to see your hardwork in the beauty of your cooking. 

The snack in the picture is Potato Nuggets. It is a delicious snack for the evening time. Most of the people loves potatoes, so a little snack with potatoes can be mouth watering. It can be a good Starter for your Party too. Different main ingredient can make different Nugget recipes. This isn't a cookery blog, still i'll love to share my Nuggets recipe. 

Nuggets Recipe:
3 Large Potatoes (Chicken can be used for Chicken Nuggets) 
2 Medium size Onions
3 Green chillies
1 tsp chopped Garlic
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
2 tsp Gram flour
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tsp chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Lemon juice
A pinch of Salt
Origano (my secret ingredient) 

Steps:
1. Cook the Potatoes, Peel the skin and Mash them well into a think paste. 
2. Chop the onions, green chillies into smaller pieces. 
3. Mix the mashed potatoes together with the chopped onions, chillies, coriander leaves, garlic, red chilly powder, garam masala, gram flour, lemon juice, origano(my secret ingredient) and salt.
4. Form the desired shape of the Nuggets and keep aside. 
5. Heat oil in a Pan and deep fry the Nuggets until rich Golden Brown. 
6. Serve with Tomato sauce, and enjoy the taste.
